Mintyyyy banned me for no valid reason as i was complaining about not reciving my donator title.

I contacted minttyyyy around 2pm about 30-60mins after the griefing happend. and these events followed

Someone lit the minor bit of oil out of my claim and it lite my oil on fire Mintyyyy teleported to my town flew around said sorry cant help when i braught it up again later she just laughed at it and as i said to a player why didnt get a admin to fix the problem. but insted she just let it burn untill it destroyed my massive oil geysers.

i Spent hours wandering around looking for the best spot to start my house i wanderd out +6500 and this happens

she also called me creepy in global chat because i made a joke about her not liking homosexual's i told her i found it offencive she didnt care told me to basicly shut up n play the game or she would ban me.(these are my interpritation of the event). i went afk to have a smoke come back and it says i was banned....

P.S. also because of this ive requested a refund from Paypal.

Reason 1. Due to most admins/moderators will take a moderators side over the bloke who just joined.

Reason 2. Due to not getting my virtual items because now i am not able to use them due to a emotional and immature moderator.(sorry but that's how i see how she acted)

i am just on my way to work so cant read any of the logs ect

as to your comment about taking sides that's not how things work here but you will remain banned until i can get to the logs

will also look into the paypal dispute when i get in but hope we can sort things out

I have removed the poll because those types of polls can be highly inflammatory and counter productive when it comes to fairly deciding a case especially when it is made without any evidence bring provided, I.e. Server logs and when only a singular point of view is shown it can be misleading and no allow people to understand multiple reasons of the complaint etc.

In regard to the paypal dispute, I would like to address the reasons you highlighted for following through with that.

1. We have fair Ban Appeal process, in which we make decisions based on fact. In a case like this, the primary consideration is evidence, normally in the he form of server logs which allow us to assess the specifics of what happened and to properly evaluate a decision by a staff member. As you can see evidenced in the Ban Appeal section of the forums you can see that decisions are made based on the knowledge we have on hand.

2. We have a Donation system which allows people to demonstrate their support for the server and in return receive some in game benefits for their contribution. On the FTB. Servers this is in the form of lolCoins. We would appreciate if you follow through with internal procedures before taking the dispute elsewhere.

having read the logs minty did make a mistake in banning you but the mistake was made after you put pressure on her to be friends outside of the server and she declined

i have spoken to minty and she agrees that a ban may off been harsh but at the time it was the easiest way to diffuse the situation

also to correct you minty did not call you creepy she said you were creeping her out and if i was a female in that position i may have felt the same way

so unbanned

Ive cancel'd the paypal dispute it was heat of the moment witch is 100% understandable you just donate roughly 24 hours before hand and then you get banned it was enough to make anyone a little angry
