Looking at the video, supplied to me by Im_Kuuz him self. I would like to state two things, the event, when the video was being recorded, did not occur on lolnet, so therefore it does not make you legible for any offences. You have the right to say what you feel, even if its bitching about someone behind their back, or calling mods cough..."douc**bag" cough...that is nothing we can stop or control since its not on lolnet, and we will not take it personally, as everyone has reasons why they don't like people. So no need to worry about mods hating you.
Secondly, this issue would not have been here at all in the first place, if Im_Kuuz hadn't gone around giving the link for video to everyone, and damaging your relationships with other users.
Concluding this...no action will be taken, since no rules have been broken on lolnet Minecraft services. However, the damage done to the users relationship with his friends, have to be fixed by themselves. Im_Kuuz will be formally talked to and be given an official warning about being "cheeky" and what spreading things like these do.
If any other staff member or UserAssistant, wishes to add any relevant input, feel free to do so. If a user wishes to inquire/inform us about this issue, then please do so by mailing or messaging myself, or other mods on the server.
