But after I've been told I've been unbanned twice, I still haven't been.
Is there any way I can assist in a successful unbanning? Or have you guys just not got around to doing it yet?

I can't wait to get back to the server!

What sort of error message are you getting? Because we have unbanned ip and username from our side.

User has now been unbanned by admin. If error occurs, its client side, please try reinstall minecraft.
