Ok well i got banned for 28 days but my brother plays this server to and he logged on and now ip banned? so does my ip get unbanned? or what happens?

Nope as we can not verify that it was actuly your brother that logged in the ip ban will stay in place

You wouldn't believe the amount of times we get told it was a siblings fault

You need to take responsibility for your actions and explain to your brother why he can't play for the next 28 days

Your ban will come off in a few days time and I have cleared your IP so you can play when your ban expires. Please do not used a hack client again or it will be permanent.
