Change to config please

Is it possible to have the GriefPrevention's config.yml, changed please GriefPrevention.Claims.AllowEnvironmentalVehicleDamage, It defaults to false, Setting it to true will allow vehicles such as minecarts and boats to take damage from things such as Cactus, at which point they should drop as an item as intended.

this change would be greatly appreciated
