Can't connect to Lolnet

Hey everyone, I cannot connect to Lolnet and I'm getting the error

"Internal Exception:io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadtimeoutException

how does one remove this error?

edit: I've tried restarting everything, still doesn't want to cooperate

Update: Server is online, we're in middle of recovery.. just keep trying!
