Have you setup and run a Minecraft Server before?

What skills (outside of Minecraft) could you provide lolnet?
(eg: Website Design, Graphic Design, Experience with running other game servers etc)

What is an example of a time when you acted like a moderator?
(Conflict resolution, helped a newbie, community spirit)
helped out alot of newbies
, community spirit, conflict resolution and helped the scammed by giving them some of my stuff.
What is an example of a time you weren't so moderator like?
(Argued with another player, exploited a bug, tried to use x-ray)
When I went all drunk in the Nether and started jumping off commiting suicide.
How would you like to improve lolnet? Is there something you think we could do better?
by letting me set up a place in the spawn where i can give out free Iron kits(ill use my own iron ingots) to the new players or those who have lost armour, or dont have any armour.
Do you own a microphone/headset? And have you used our Mumble server before?
