Add /randomtp

Hello,
i think we should add the plugin that allows you to do /randomtp and you get tped anywhere, i think its great cause then u can start a build away from the danger near spawn

That seems like a good plugin, specially for newer users, but what if you just tp and accidentally trespass into other player's land?
