Not to long ago I let this guy called simese_toitise (not sure if the spellings right) stay at my house as long as he didn't steal grief or kill my animals. So guess what happened today when I went to my house? almost all animals dead, 14 diamonds 26ish iron blocks missing,
possible more missing stuff (he scattered some stuff into chests), and he also used some of my stuff to build some type of room. Anyway is it possible that someone to replace my stuff? ( x:-2487 y:80 z-40 animals lost were cows, mooshrooms and chickens)

was your land claimed? if not why not

did you trust the person to your land? if so why should your stuff be replaced

no I don't invite random people into my house and give them my keys. but this guy was a friend

I havent talked to him because he is not on the server atm i will to talk to him when he is on the server tho
