Why do you think your punishment should be reduced:I think that the punishment a little exaggerated, since it was about chatting not about my behavior on your server, so I had to give Mut and not a ban. In addition, given the ban without warning.
P.S. Warning applies to my mut, but it does not to the ban.
Additional details/comments:
I first played in English server, and I like that Russian hard to get used here all communicate in English. I am deeply izvenyayus for cause any harm to my Russian words. But I needed to help my friend, did not have time to write on, or Search result in personal chat.

firstly the appeal is about your behaviour, you show a lack of respect for staff and what they request of you, also accusing someone of being racist is not a good idea, though its not written in our rules that you can not speak other languages in public chat to most of the players on our server any language other than English looks like spam which is why you were asked to keep it in private msg

and yes I am heavy handed with punishments, its something you will learn to live with
