[Accepted] Banned for unauthorised account use

Hello, I am writing this on behalf of my daughter who was recently banned. It appears she had attempted to play on lolnet with her younger sister - who was using an unlicenced copy of minecraft I had on my laptop to try the game before I paid for her account. I had previously warned them about not attempting to go online with that copy & am waiting until her next birthday to purchase another minecraft account.

She is now aware of her mistake & has promised never to do this again. In her defense, she is young & new to the world of online gaming & wasn't fully aware of the consequences of breaching the rules.

Please, for the sake of my sanity, can you re-consider this ban, as I will more closely monitoring her online activities from now on. Thanks.

According to our Ban Managers, There is no ban. Can you please give us the exact message you received when you were disconnected from the server?

All of us are aware of a problem where people may disconnect from the server, And then for a few minutes you are unable to rejoin, This may be the problem, So try rejoining under the Creeper Queen account again and let us know, Thanks.

Hi, she was online & the next day went to go on lolnet again & the screen says "Kicked whist connecting to lobby: This IP is permanently IP banned from lolnet vanilla minecraft."

Then goes on about appealing here.

Also just seen the reason, it was hidden under the back button!
It says "Bypassing Previous Ban". Seems weird, as this is the first ban I'm aware of!

Hi There,

Your IP was banned by a staff member in error - They were attempting to ban someone else, but somehow yours was banned accidentally.

We have now unbanned your Ip, and you/they should now be able to access the server.

If you still have issues connecting, please reply back with the your IP address which can be found by typing "my ip address" into google.

We apologize for any issues caused.
