Hi all you lolnet players,
This is how life began for me (Sicronage) on lolnet.
I registered on the lolnet website, then joined minecraft with only having experience with single player. I then proceeded to look around spawn. With having no clue as to what to do next, I followed the signs out of spawn towards the wilderness warps. Not knowing that there was so many players who played lolnet I chose Northern wilderness (which was my first mistake) there was so many houses already around, so immediately walked into someones house and tried greifing (second mistake), I realised there was a mod which helped protect players builds. My mission was to find a large area to build my house. After a long treacherous journey I found a small hill in a Taiga biome with a sea side view.
I did not care what my small hut looked like because I knew it would be improved later. I then gathered some cobble to sell so I could buy my first gold shovel, then attempted to claim the hill as my own.

After making a very small version of the mansion I now have, I began to make my first strip mine which was very profitable. Next I wanted a xp farm so I would never have to worry about enchanting items again, so I went out in search of a mob spawner, after multiple deaths and a huge amount of cobblestone gathered I came across a skeleton spawner, I then had no clue as to the mechanics of minecraft mob spawns so I found the wiki and nearly read the whole thing before I found what I needed to do to make the spawner safe for me to work on. So once I had it all neat and ready for xp gathering I needed to make a warp to it from my house, which resulted in making my first lolnet friend Porsche911, to this day I still have that xp farm and the warp to it.

To continue with my journey I invited some friends to join lolnet so I could have some neighbors. My next mission only started when my friend found 3 cave spider spawners near each other, I immediately asked if I could have them to make my second xp farm, which resulted in a very efficient farm indeed. After feeling very accomplished I decided to just fool around and have fun, so I did some exploring and tried to make more friends on lolnet.

If you know of the cave sign game hosted by Schnicks_NZ every Friday, you might remember I was the first winner and got my house pimped to look like a mansion. I remember reading on the broadcast that Schnicks was starting a new game that would get your house pimped by him if you win, I was so very keen and so was many others, I watched the youtube video on the rules of the game and went out in search of the sign. Almost immediatly it was found by a UA, Schnicks said to let the users win, so he then went and placed one somewhere else (I think a much harder to get area), after about 1 hour I was the only one left on the mission, but hope came in the form of my friend (Porsche911) logging in, I told her of the game and she soon joined me in search, we then spent another 3 hours looking, and it was only until I saw a dark cave at the top of a cavern that I had an incling the sign might be there. With the game being held under the spawn I could not place any blocks, so inorder for me to reach the cave I had to use the block glitch where you jump and place blocks under you really quickly (I could have used an enderpearl but had none), after a short look around in the small but dark cave I found the sign with the code on it, after posting the code on youtube I then announced "I found it" on the chat, a few players replyed "found what?", but Porsche911 sent a tpa request to see the glory of the hidden sign. After a few days (until Schnicks was back online), Schnicks came to my massive cobblestone box on a hill and said to give him a few days, I replyed "take a week" (in hopes more time=more pimpness). When I returned (no offence to Schnicks abillities) I immediatly changed a few small details to make it the mansion I love.
