For Lolnet's new city congratulations to Schnicks_NZ and Shiby_nz. They have worked really hard for lolnet server and they have been helpful designing cities. One of lolnet's best Architect Schnicks_NZ and Shiby_nz design the 1.3 map special.

Also congratulations for all the new trusted moderators. Good luck next time for people who didn't get mod rank but also good mod applications for all of you :)
